At Fabric Wholesale Direct, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unwashed and uncut fabrics. Please note that custom-cut orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the return process.

Prepare the Fabric

Ensure the fabric is in its original, uncut, and unwashed condition, then securely pack it in the original shipping materials if possible.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned yardage, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
