How can I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
We offer swatches for most of our fabrics. Simply select the 'Order a Sample' option on the product page to add a small cutting to your cart for color and texture matching.
What is the minimum order quantity for your fabrics?
Most of our fabrics are sold by the yard with a one-yard minimum. For wholesale bulk pricing, please refer to the specific product page for tiered discount thresholds.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
Will my fabric arrive in one continuous piece?
Yes, we make every effort to cut all fabric orders in one continuous piece. If we are unable to do so due to bolt limitations, a customer service representative will contact you before shipping.
What is your return policy for cut-to-order fabrics?
Because our fabrics are custom cut for every order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We highly recommend ordering samples first.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our fabrics worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination country.
